SELF-EXCLUSION
Self-exclusion is a voluntary process in which a person with a gambling concern is excluded from gambling sites. br.meridianbet.com users can self-exclude themselves from further participation in the game line for a limited or unlimited period of time.

Any bets not settled with br.meridianbet.com will be settled based on the outcome of the event.
The duration of a set period of self-exclusion may be increased or decreased at the request of the respective player.
A player notice increasing the self-exclusion period will take effect immediately upon receipt by br.meridianbet.com, while an exclusion notice will take effect after at least 24 hours from the day the notice br.meridianbet.com received, and a player notice revoking an indefinite period of self-exclusion will take effect after at least 7 days from the day we receive the notice.
Self-exclusion will prevent you from placing sports bets, casino bets or making a deposit. You can only withdraw funds.
Within this period, you will not receive any promotional materials or advertisements from us.

Alternative mechanisms for requesting self-exclusion
A player may, at any time, opt out via the verification page (the: "Stamp") located at the bottom of the br.meridianbet.com website. By submitting a self-exclusion request via the self-exclusion form, the player activates a mandatory procedure for br.meridianbet.com of this particular to interrupt the services to the player for a minimum of 3 (three) months and a maximum of 5 (five) years in accordance with the IP Agreement with br.meridianbet.com. The Request will not immediately trigger Self-Exclusion. The player may, at any time, seek alternative means to exclude himself. However, br.meridianbet.com do not accept any responsibility for the player who chooses not to follow this particular brokerage procedure.
No bonus
In accordance with Federal Law No. 14,790/2023, art. 29, I, and art. 42, §1, II, of Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,231/2024, and in compliance with Responsible Gaming practices, MeridianBet does not grant any form of advance, anticipation, bonus or prior advantage, even if for the mere purpose of promotion, disclosure or advertising, for the placing of a bet.
